Shattered glass still stands, but it crumbles easily.EDIT: To clarify for narrowminded readers (i am talking to you mahesh), this post is not intended to be emo. There is a sliding glass door in my grandmother's house and it myseriously shattered one day. The door is still standing because it was tinted.
It looked really cool and i thought I would share it, but it obviously makes a big difference between in person and on a computer monitor (trying viewing them full-size).
I am anything but emo, and i just thought i would post something with a little deeper meaning than tickle me elmo.
There is a title link that goes to an article about rumours that Osama Bin Laden has died from a waterborne illness (this has not been confirmed).
My statement about the shattered glass is a metaphor to current events.
The door is Al-Qaeda and it has been weakened by the speculation that Osama Bin Laden had died and that America should do something while they are in this weakened state.

The glass door is America and Septeber 11th caused the door to crack. And although we were all devastated by this tragic event, we still stand together united as one.

UCLA just lost to Washington 19-29. UCLA dominated in the first half, but things fell apart in the second half with 29 unanswered points. That book can connect to almost anything.
